The YZPSL series water-cooled high-temperature resistant motor is a three-phase asynchronous motor developed and designed based on the variable frequency speed regulation series of motors according to the on-site working conditions of metallurgical continuous casting machines. Suitable for high-temperature environments and variable frequency speed control systems. Its characteristics are wide speed regulation range, stable operation, high reliability, high operating efficiency, and novel and beautiful appearance design.
The YZPESL YZPSLE water-cooled brake motor with water-cooled variable frequency speed regulation has a unique cooling system that can ensure stable operation of the motor during long-term operation in high external environmental temperatures. It is resistant to high temperature and humidity, and has anti-corrosion properties.
The insulation of the stator winding of this series of motors adopts H-level insulation, with a protection level of IP55. The motor can operate normally in places with an altitude not exceeding 1000m and an ambient air temperature not exceeding 60 ºC.
The water pressure of the cooling water shall not exceed 0.6Mpa, and the quality of the cooling water shall be ordinary tap water.
