Product Parameters
Marine power cables are the most diverse and widely used types of marine cables. Divided by insulation, there are ethylene propylene rubber, silicon rubber, natural rubber, polyvinyl chloride, and cross-linked polyethylene; From the sheath, there are chloroprene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, and chlorinated polyethylene, etc; The armor structure adopts two types of flexible bare copper wire braided armor and bare steel wire braided armor.
The purpose and laying conditions of marine cables:
(1) Used for power, lighting, and control cables in river and sea vessels as well as floating structures on water. The working voltage is AC 500V or DC 1000V or below
(2) Soft structure cables are used to connect mobile electrical equipment, while the rest are fixedly laid
(3) Steel wire braided cables are used in places that are susceptible to external damage. Copper wire braided cables are used in places with anti-interference capabilities
(4) All cables can be used in places where non extension is required
1, Execution Scale: GB9331.2-88
2, Usage: This product is suitable for transmitting electrical energy to various river and sea vessels, as well as CEFR cable offshore oil platforms and other water structures.
3, Utilization characteristics: The cable has a permanent allowable working temperature of 85 ºC and an additional voltage Uo/U of 0.6/1KV. The minimum bending radius of the cable during laying is as follows: the metal shielding armor type is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. Non armored type, when the outer diameter is less than or equal to 25mm, it is 4 times the outer diameter of the cable, and when it is greater than 25mm, it is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
4, Model Title
CEFR/DA ethylene propylene insulated chloroprene sheathed marine power flexible cable, DA type, used for connecting mobile electrical appliances.
5, Skill requirements
1. It should be able to withstand 30000 one-way curve experiments.
2. The cable should be able to withstand AC voltage of 3500V or DC voltage of 8400V without breakdown for 5 minutes.
3. The cable core structure, insulation resistance, insulation and sheath thickness and components shall comply with the provisions of GB9331.2-88.
6, Delivery requirements
1. The delivery length of cables with three cores or less and a conductor cross-section not exceeding 2.5 square meters should not be less than 150 meters, while other cables should be 100 meters.
2. Short cables with a length of no less than 20 meters are allowed to be delivered, but their quantity should not exceed 10% of the delivery length.
4. The length error should not exceed+-0.5%.
