The ZFQZ series DC motor is a series of products developed by our company based on the Z4 series DC motor and combined with the main process of the ZZJ-800 series motor. The motor's moment of inertia is only 45% of the ZZJ-800 series and 65% of the ZZJ-900 series, making it particularly suitable for harsh working conditions such as frequent forward and reverse rotation and braking. The motor has excellent overload characteristics, and its maximum torque is 112% times and 117 times that of the ZZJ-900 series of the ZZJ-800 series; The weight of the motor is only 65% of that of the ZZJ-800 series. The motor power level complies with the international standard IEC34-13 "Technical Conditions for Auxiliary Motors for Lifting and Metallurgy". The external dimensions of the motor, except for the "B" dimension, comply with the IEC72 standard. The motor can obtain the same installation dimensions as ZZJ-800/ZZJ-900 through technical processing. Therefore, it can replace the products of the ZZJ-800/ZZJ-900 series.
