The BV line is divided into ZR-BV and NH-BV.
ZR-BV: Copper core PVC insulated flame-retardant wire: The insulation material is added with flame retardant, and it does not when away from open flames. Flame retardant BV wire is divided into three grades: A, B, and C. Among them, Class A is the best, and so on. The most commonly used grade is ZR-BV.
NH-BV: Copper core PVC insulated fire-resistant wire: can still be used normally under normal fire conditions.
other:
BV flexible wire is represented by BVR, BV rubber copper wire is represented by BX, BV rubber aluminum is represented by BLX, BV plastic aluminum is represented by BLV, fire-resistant BV wire is represented by NH-BV, and flame-retardant BV wire is represented by ZR-BV
General purpose single core hard conductor unshielded wire, suitable for cables and wires used in power devices, daily appliances, instruments, and telecommunications equipment with AC voltage of 450/750V and below.
Product Parameters
Common models
BV lines are usually distinguished by the cross-sectional area of the metal conductor at the center of the insulation layer. (For example, if the cross-sectional diameter of a copper core with a 4 square BV wire is 2.25 millimeters, according to the formula S=π * r * r=3.976 square millimeters for calculating the circular area)
Common BV cable models: 0.75 square, 1 square, 1.5 square, 2.5 square, 4 square, 6 square, 10 square, 16 square, 25 square, 35 square, 50 square, 70 square, 95 square, 120 square, 150 square, 185 square, 240 square, etc
