The YVF2 series variable frequency speed regulation motor is suitable for various mechanical transmission scenarios with low frequency constant torque and high frequency constant power. It can form a high-performance variable frequency speed regulation system with various PWM variable frequency governors, and can achieve stepless speed regulation of constant power or constant torque over a wide range. Its main characteristics are high efficiency and energy conservation, excellent dynamic performance, high cost-effectiveness, low vibration, and low noise. This series of motors has undergone computer-aided optimization design, making them more suitable for PWM frequency converter power supply drive; Adopting a fully enclosed, external fan cooling, and squirrel cage structure for easy maintenance; Due to the installation of a separately powered cooling fan, the motor is guaranteed to have a lower temperature rise at different speeds, allowing for long-term reliable operation.
The power level and installation dimensions of this series of motors are completely consistent with those of the Y2 series motors (IP54), and their interchangeability and versatility are extremely strong, making it convenient for users to choose.
This series of motors is connected to the computer through a frequency converter, making it easy to achieve remote and centralized control. When used in conjunction with the JX series frequency converters produced by our factory, better speed regulation performance can be achieved.
The nominal power range of this series of motors is 0.55-800kW, with a rated voltage of 380V. It adopts F-class insulation, continuous working system (S1), and the shell protection level is IP54. The cooling method is IC416. The structures and installation forms include IMB3, IMB35, and IMB5 (with a center height of 80-280).
This product complies with the technical requirements of JB/T 7118-2004 YVF2 (IP54) variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor.
